If you purchased your item on-line at www.onsgear.com, you can return it, with tags and packaging intact, within 7 days for a complete refund. After 7 days and up to 30 days, you can exchange your on-line purchased item, with tags and packaging intact, for another size, colour or another item. Shipping expenses to return an item and to re-ship a new item will be the buyer's responsibility. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn products. Please return or exchange items bought at a retail outlet at the location at which they were purchased.
